  • Przed udaniem się na spektakl, sprawdź dokładnie datę i godzinę na Twoim bilecie.


    Aby wejść do TAURON Areny, kieruj się do Wejścia 1, które otworzymy na godzinę przed rozpoczęciem spektaklu. Aby uniknąć spóźnienia, zapraszamy do przyjścia z wyprzedzeniem, najpóźniej 20 minut przed rozpoczęciem przedstawienia.

  • Dla osób, które przyjadą samochodem, na terenie krakowskiej TAURON Areny znajduje się płatny parking na około 1000 pojazdów, czynny podczas wydarzeń. Opłata parkingowa wynosi 50 zł za cały czas od przyjazdu do wyjazdu.

  • Tak. W dniach przedstawień przy Wejściu 1 kasa biletowa będzie otwarta w godzinach:

    - 22.11 (piątek): 15:00 – 18:00

    - 23.11 (sobota): 8:00 – 18:00

    - 24.11 (niedziela): 8:00 – 18:00

    Za bilety można płacić zarówno gotówką jak i kartą płatniczą (VISA, MasterCard, BLIK).

  • W TAURON Arenie Kraków dostępne będą szatnie. Pozostawienie w niej odzieży jest nieobowiązkowe. Koszt zostawienia nakrycia to 6 zł odzież/12 zł bagaż. Płatność możliwa jest kartą/gotówką. Jeśli przyjdziesz z wózkiem dziecięcym, należy go zostawić w szatni przed przedstawieniem.

  • Paw Patrol® Live "The Great Pirate Adventure" is the perfect entertainment for the whole family, which will give children unforgettable memories and allow them to meet their beloved characters from the fairy tale. Since its debut in 2016, Paw Patrol Live "The Super Adventure Race" has already been watched by nearly 4.5 million viewers from over 40 countries. This interactive performance engages the audience and allows you to react in real time to the action on stage.

  • Show lasts about 90 minutes (Part I: 38 minutes, Short break: 15 minutes, Part II: 37 minutes)

  • All songs and dialogues during PAW Patrol® Live "The Great Pirate Adventure" are in Polish.

  • Spectators will be allowed to enter the arena one hour before the start of the show. In order to avoid being late, we invite you to come earlier, at least 20 minutes before the start of the show.

  • Persons responsible for organization of the group trips please contact us via email address bilety@alterart.pl in order to improve the reception of tickets and the entry to the venue. We encourage you to arrive on-site at least 45 minutes before show.

  • PAW Patrol® Live "The Great Pirate Adventure" is a show full of music and dance. You can sing and dance with us but remember not to disturb others and not to take up seats in the aisles between sectors and in communication routes. There will be dancing in the grand finale but be careful not to cross the security line marked right in front of the stage.

  • Cloakrooms are available in the arena. Prices in cloakrooms are not established by the Promoter but by the operator of the given venue, therefore the prices may differ.

FAQ - MEET & GREET

Meet & Greet is a unique opportunity to meet Chase and Skye! By purchasing a Meet & Greet ticket, you get the opportunity to meet these pups: you will give them a high five and you will be able to capture this magical moment in a photo.

  • Meet & Greet with Chase and Skye takes place right after the end of each show in a specially designated space.

  • The option to participate in the Meet & Greet after a selected show is only possible after purchasing an admission ticket for that event. The condition for purchasing an additional Meet & Greet ticket for a child is to purchase the same ticket for the guardian. One guardian can look after a maximum of 5 children.

  • When you purchase Meet & Greet you get the opportunity to meet Skye and Chase! You'll have a high five with the characters and you'll be able to capture this magical moment in a photo. 🐾 The number of places is limited, and tickets are available here ➡️ alterartshow.pl

  • If you have a Meet & Greet ticket, you must also present it at the entrance. You will then receive a special wristband allowing you to meet the characters of Paw Patrol.

  • This is your moment to take photos with Chase and Skye and give them a high five - but please respect the time of other people who also have a Meet & Greet ticket and follow the staff's instructions.

  • The number of places for the meeting is limited - a maximum of several dozen people.

  • Please do not bring any food or drinks to the Meet & Greet. Those purchased at sales points in the arena can be left at the entrance to the meeting.
